Job summary

Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund is seeking a Charitable Planning Associate to join Fidelity TalentSource in Westlake, TX. This inbound/outbound sales development role builds relationships with financial advisors and donors, guiding them to Donor Advised Fund solutions and philanthropic goals.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Service Delivery, Program, and Implementations to deliver outcomes and drive growth for Fidelity Charitable and its donors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in fundraising, sales, business development or relationship management is beneficial.
• Passion for financial and philanthropic industries.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads as the initial contact for advisors and donors.
• Consult with prospects about using our Donor Advised Fund to meet philanthropic goals.
• Communicate value proposition to advisors and donors.
• Profile advisors/donors to understand goals and determine fund fit.
• Partner with Marketing on lead flow and campaign alignment.
• Provide interim territory coverage as needed.
