Qualifications

• 5+ years in client service or donor-advised funds.
• Experience handling high-dollar transactions with accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of Fidelity Charitable products and policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact for Perspectives clients regarding policy and transactional questions.
• Own communication to Donors or Advisors for all transactional activity across Fidelity Charitable’s platform.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Investments, and Tax teams as needed.
• Provide recommendations to leadership to improve products and service requests.
