Job summary

Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund in Westlake, Texas is seeking a Manager, Grant Operations to lead daily work distribution for the Core Grant Operations team and audit high-dollar grant recommendations from donors and advisors.

You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, oversee onboarding, and coordinate with Legal, Risk and Compliance to ensure grant approvability while meeting SLAs and business metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and ability in service operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Workflow management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily work distribution to Core Grant Operations team associates.
• Monitor aged premium work items/queues and ensure timely processing.
• Assist in planning resource requirements, preparation for Giving Season, and hiring.
• Oversee new associate onboarding with access and training scheduling.
• Identify process efficiencies and technology enhancements to improve operations.
