Job summary

Fidelity Charitable in Westlake, TX seeks a Manager, Grant Operations to oversee one of two Core Grant Operations teams. You will review high-dollar grant recommendations, mentor staff, and drive workflow, risk management, and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated ability in service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily work distribution to Core Grant Operations team associates.
• Monitor aged premium work items/queues and follow up to ensure timely transaction processing.
• Assist the operations management and Philanthropic Relationship Management team with the timely completion of team and departmental projects.
• Assist in developing resource requirements, planning, and hiring in preparation for Giving Season.
• Oversee new associate onboarding specifically with access and ensure training is scheduled.
