Job summary

Fidelity Charitable is seeking a Philanthropic Solutions Account Manager in Westlake, TX, to lead high-level client service for ultra-high net worth donors and their advisors. You will serve as the primary contact for policy and transactional questions and drive end-to-end support across the donor-advised fund platform.

Qualifications

• Act as a single point of contact for Perspectives clients on policy and transactional questions related to donor-advised funds.
• Proactively prioritize tasks and resolve donor/advisor issues within established quality standards.
• Identify and escalate potential areas of risk and communicate with senior managers and donors/advisors.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Investments and Tax teams to ensure proper handling of transactions.
• Own all client communications across Fidelity Charitable’s platform, including grants, complex assets, reporting and money movement.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service while driving ideal solutions for ultra-high net worth donors and their advisors.
• Manage end-to-end donor-advised fund activities and transactional requests.
• Attend service reviews and conferences as needed to support client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail on high-dollar transactions.
