Fidelity Charitable seeks a Philanthropic Solutions Account Manager to deliver exceptional service to ultra-high-net-worth donors and their advisors. You will manage donor-advised fund activities with a focus on complex transactions and high-value relationships.

As part of the Perspectives Service Team, you will collaborate with Fidelity teams to ensure superior service, proactive risk management, and timely communications across the client lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Act as a single point of contact for Perspectives clients on donor-advised fund accounts.
• Daily prioritization and proactive issue prevention with timely client communication.
• Resolves sensitive donor/advisor issues with research and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end service delivery for donor-advised fund activities across Fidelity Charitable.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Investments, and Tax teams as needed.
• Escalate potential risk areas and present solutions to senior managers and donors/advisors.
