Job summary

Families in Transition seeks a Development & Engagement Coordinator in Manchester, NH to drive fundraising and engagement activities. You will coordinate annual giving campaigns, donor stewardship, volunteer programs, and marketing communications to keep projects on track and aligned with our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in development, fundraising, or engagement roles.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle complex timelines and multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual development and engagement calendars and timelines.
• Manage donor stewardship activities and donor communications.
• Support fundraising campaigns (Giving Tuesday, NH Gives, year-end) and recurring giving.
• Coordinate volunteer engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and recognition.
• Gather impact stories and program updates for communications and campaigns.
