Job summary

Our Children's Trust is seeking a part-time Engagement and Donor Relations Associate to support the Senior Director of Donor Development. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, preparing briefing materials, tracking engagement metrics, and ensuring up-to-date CRM records.

• Minimum of 4 years fundraising or non-profit experience
• OR Associate's degree plus 2 years of related office experience
• Equivalent combination of education, skill, and experience is acceptable

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, and prepare materials for meetings and take minutes
• Track engagement metrics and donor-related activities
• Prepare briefing materials and update CRM records
• Assist with donor communications, acknowledgements, and materials
• Coordinate donor events and virtual/in-person campaigns
• Research prospects and provide donor development support
