Job summary

Saint Anselm College is seeking a highly skilled Annual Giving Coordinator to join the College Advancement team. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Annual Giving, the coordinator will support planning, execution, and administration of the annual giving program and fundraising initiatives.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One to three years in fundraising or annual giving, alumni relations, or related field preferred.
• Experience with donor databases (Raiser's Edge) preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the Office of Annual Giving.
• Provide administrative support to the Assistant Vice President of Annual Giving and team.
• Support implementation of annual giving initiatives and donor engagement activities.
• Maintain donor and constituent records, including reports and data exports.
• Assist with donor communications, mailings, appeals, and events.
• Assist with budget administration, invoice processing, and financial reconciliation.
• Coordinate student workers and general office operations.
• Collaborate with Advancement colleagues and campus partners.
