Job summary

Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire is seeking a skilled Annual Giving Coordinator to support and advance the College's annual giving program. You will work closely with the Senior Advancement team to plan, execute, and administer donor engagement initiatives and stewardship activities.

The role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of fundraising or annual giving experience preferred.
• Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or similar donor databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Office of Annual Giving and respond to email and phone inquiries.
• Provide administrative support to the AVP of Annual Giving and the team.
• Support donor communications, mailings, appeals, and other fundraising activities.
• Maintain accurate donor and constituent records, including contact reports and data exports.
• Assist with budget administration, invoice processing, and event logistics.
• Coordinate student workers and provide general office management support.
