Job summary

Mount Saint Joseph Academy is seeking an Advancement and Engagement Manager to join the Advancement team. You will strengthen engagement and philanthropic participation among parents, alumnae, and the Mount community, serving as the primary liaison to the Parent Association and reporting to the Director of Annual Giving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of experience in advancement, fundraising, alumni relations, communications, or volunteer management.
• Experience in independent schools or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual giving program planning and execution to increase participation and revenue.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the Parents Association and recruit/train volunteers for engagement initiatives.
• Support alumnae engagement initiatives including reunions, newsletters, regional events, and volunteer programs.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to advance fundraising and engagement goals and maintain accurate records in Advancement systems.
