Job summary

The Blood Connection, Incorporated is seeking a Manager of Donor Communications & Analytics to lead outbound donor communications and analytics, aligning campaigns with inventory and collection goals.

This role combines strategic communications with data-driven decision making, supervising a team and coordinating with multiple departments to maximize donor participation and appointment activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or Communications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading operations, production planning, analytics, customer engagement operations, CRM administration, donor communications, or related business functions.
• Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory experience, including employee development, performance management, and workload prioritization.
• Experience with CRM, scheduling, planning, or business management systems preferred.
• Very knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Communications Coordinators, Analytics Coordinators, and other team members.
• Oversees outbound donor communication campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, automated calling, and other channels.
• Monitors campaign deployment for accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversees donor list development, segmentation, and targeting.
• Reviews communication performance and donor response metrics.
• Develops and manages deployment plans supporting collection targets.
