Job summary

New Hampshire Charitable Foundation seeks a Philanthropy Systems (Operations) Manager to oversee data integrity, reporting, and system support across the Philanthropy Department. You will manage donor and fund data, support planned giving processes, and promote effective use of technology to enhance donor engagement and stewardship.

You will develop documentation, provide training, and act as a technical resource for data systems while partnering with IT and other departments to drive efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience managing and maintaining constituent and fund data within a CRM environment (C-Suite preferred).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, database systems, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity, audits, and quality assurance across department data in CSuite system.
• Generate routine reports and ad-hoc data exports for donor engagement and strategic planning.
• Develop documentation and provide training on data systems; support cross-functional teams.
