Job summary

The Donor Services Associate at The Marine Mammal Center supports the Donor Services department by managing the donor CRM, data entry, and gift processing activities. The role ensures accurate, well-organized donor records to support gift processing, reporting, and stewardship across the organization.

Responsibilities include processing gifts, generating receipts, maintaining records in Salesforce NPSP, and assisting with data migrations and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce NPSP is strongly preferred and donor management skills are essential.
• Proven accuracy in data entry and gift processing with attention to CRM data hygiene.
• Familiarity with gift recording, receipts, and designation tracking within a CRM.
• Basic proficiency with Excel and document generation tools.

Responsibilities

• Process daily gifts in Salesforce NPSP with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain donor records and perform deduplication and updates as needed.
• Generate donor receipts, reports, and mail-merge documents from the CRM.
• Support data migrations, imports, and clean-up projects in Salesforce NPSP.
