Project Harmony is seeking a Database Coordinator to join our Development Team and manage donor data, generate reports, and support fundraising efforts. Working under the Chief Development Officer, you will ensure accurate data entry, timely acknowledgments, and clean data for financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in database coordination, strong MS Office skills, and experience with donor management systems.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of administrative and database experience.
• Experience with donor management systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and data reporting abilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day donor database administration, data entry, and reporting.
• Generate donor acknowledgments and event registrations.
• Train staff on using the donor database platform.
• Collaborate with IT and Development teams on system updates.
• Produce accurate donation reconciliations and reports.
• Support volunteers and donor processing as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security.
• Support fundraising events with registration data.
• Ensure culturally competent services.
• Additional duties as assigned.
