The role oversees recording, acknowledgments, wealth screening, and reporting to inform strategy, collaborating across teams to maximize campaign success and donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with donor CRM and gift processing.
• Experience with reporting and analytics for fundraising.
• Ability to train and collaborate with staff on data practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage ASC’s donor database (Raiser’s Edge) for accuracy and coding.
• Process and acknowledge gifts; ensure tax receipts and stewardship standards.
• Generate development reports and dashboards for staff and board.
• Conduct wealth screening to support donor pipeline development.
• Maintain data health through audits and enrichment strategies.
• Support campaign segmentation and list-building for appeals & events.
• Collaborate with the Chief Development Officer to track campaign progress.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and gift processing standards.
