Job summary

GBMC HealthCare is seeking a Development Operations and Financial Reporting Manager to oversee donor data analytics, daily gift processing, reconciliation, and reporting for philanthropy. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to translate fundraising activity into clear financial insights for leadership.

The candidate will be a Blackbaud NXT Super-User, manage Classy and ImportOmatic workflows, maintain donor records, and lead data-integrity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business, marketing, or healthcare management.
• 3–5 years of experience in donor stewardship, data analysis and processing, fundraising operations, or a related development role, preferably healthcare development.
• Accounting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily gift processing and financial reconciliation within the donor database.
• Lead donor analytics and reporting, providing insights on trends, giving patterns, and fundraising performance.
• Serve as Blackbaud NXT Super-User, coordinate with Finance for month-end reporting.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, report definitions, and gift-processing protocols.
