Job summary

GBMC HealthCare is seeking a Development Operations and Financial Reporting Manager to oversee the processing, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting of philanthropic revenue. You will handle daily gift processing, donor records, and mailing-list production.

You will be the department’s primary resource for advanced fundraising reporting and a Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT super-user, leading data-integrity initiatives and donor research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or healthcare management.
• 3–5 years of donor stewardship, data analysis or fundraising operations.
• Accounting background preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Blackbaud tools.
• Attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Donor data analytics & financial oversight with daily processing.
• Prepare daily financial deposits and reporting for journals.
• Lead donor reporting, trends, and fundraising performance analyses.
• Maintain data integrity, run audits, and support system documentation.
• Provide training and guidance for Blackbaud tools to staff.
