Job summary

GBMC HealthCare is seeking a Development Operations and Financial Reporting Manager in Towson to oversee donor data analytics, gift processing, and financial reporting. You will act as a Blackbaud super-user, manage daily contributions, and lead reporting initiatives across the foundation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in donor stewardship or related fundraising operations, with strong MS Office and data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in business, marketing or healthcare management.
• 3-5 years in donor stewardship, data analysis and fundraising operations or related development role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily gift processing and financial reconciliation in the donor database.
• Provide donor analytics and reporting on trends, giving patterns, and fundraising performance.
• Maintain donor records and oversee Classy donations via ImportOmatic.
• Prepare month-end reports and dashboards for leadership and board meetings.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, gift-processing protocols, and system documentation.
