Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage donor database data entry, dashboards, and exports
• Produce donor acknowledgements and letters for donations
• Train staff on database usage and new features
• Collaborate with IT and Development teams on system updates
• Prepare financial reports and donation reconciliations
• Maintain event guest lists and registration data
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with policies
