Qualifications

• Three years of experience in marketing, communications, design, digital, or public relations.
• High school diploma, GED, or higher level degree.
• Excellent writing and editing with AP style.
• Ability to organize and write clearly; manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating vendors, projects, and publication processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains over 1,000 naming recognition opportunities, including production, installation, and coordination with vendors and facilities.
• Assists in creation, development, and publishing of Eisenhower Health Foundation marketing materials.
• Coordinates with designers, vendors, and facilities to ensure timely recognition installations.
• Edits and proofreading for accuracy and clarity; AP style alignment.
• Maintains donor files and appropriate correspondence; processes PO and invoices.
• Supports special events and conducts research to inform content strategy.
