Job summary

Eisenhower Medical Center is seeking a Donor Events Coordinator to plan and execute donor events, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors across indoor and outdoor venues. The role requires strong communication, empathy for donors, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

The position entails long hours, weekend coverage as needed, and collaboration with the Donor Engagement and Events team to ensure seamless event experiences and fiscal responsibility.

Qualifications

• Requires: One year of experience in a customer service role.
• Preferred: Experience in event coordination, fundraising, client or customer-based project management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and policies; reports suspected violations.
• Performs event setup and teardown for Foundation; works irregular hours; manages vendor load in/out.
• Tracks and maintains event supplies and inventory across storage locations; balances stakeholders’ requests.
• Coordinates storage area operations including contracting, moving, shelves, organization, and facilities coordination.
• Schedules routine maintenance and repairs for Foundation Events vehicles.
• Requests and schedules additional labor as needed; coordinates transportation per event.
• Performs daily runs to suppliers, vendors, post offices, clubs, homes as needed.
• Refills and orders equipment with approval.
• Responds to needs and pivots tasks from Events Team.
• Answers donor inquiries and resolves issues aligned with donor experience strategy.
• Ensures 5-star Excellence of Eisenhower Health Foundation in operations and relationships while being fiscally responsible.
• Attends Foundation Events and facilities onsite execution to ensure vendor adherence and successful outcomes.
