Job summary

Bozeman Health Foundation is seeking a Communications Specialist to develop and implement strategies that educate, engage, and inspire donors and prospects. You will craft compelling collateral, manage internal and external communications, and enhance the digital fundraising platform while ensuring consistent branding.

The role collaborates with Foundation staff and the Bozeman Health Marketing Department to deliver content across mail, website, social media, and events, supporting stewardship

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn current and new computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stewardship communications across multiple platforms for donor engagement.
• Maintain accurate donor recognition, updating walls and signage.
• Establish an annual communications calendar and develop cohesive publications.
• Create content for projects including photography, video, digital graphics, social media content, email copy, and print materials.
• Support day-to-day communications needs and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure branding and messaging consistency.
• Serve as Foundation liaison to regional media sources and outlets.
• Develop relationships with Health System teams to support the Foundation’s mission.
• Assist with projects to support the entire team.
• Lead, teach, and demonstrate hospital behavioral standards.
• Other related duties as assigned.
