Job summary

Cook Children's Health Foundation is seeking a Manager of Communications to lead all communications and public relations efforts. The role reports to AVP and develops the annual plan across digital, print, and new media to raise awareness and engage potential donors.

You will oversee all communication pieces and work closely with the volunteer President and Chairman on various committees, bringing strong organizational and collaborative skills to a busy nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, business, advertising or non-profit management.
• Three years minimum progressive communications, public relations, marketing, development, or non-profit experience managing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all communications and public relations to achieve organizational objectives.
• Oversee all communications pieces and develop the annual communication plan, including digital, print and new media.
• Collaborate with volunteers and donors, working closely with the President and Chairman on committees.
