Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in communications, CMS experience, and strong writing with collaboration across teams to deliver on brand and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in communications or non-profit environments.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with donor-focused messaging.
• Experience with CMS and Microsoft Office/Project tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage donor and member communications from concept to production.
• Develop donor-focused communications plans for fundraising and membership.
• Create external affairs content calendars and manage web content.
• Collaborate on videos and digital media with Marketing.
• Coordinate with leadership to craft proposals for major solicitations.
• Ensure consistency of language across donor communications and recognition.
• Prepare reports from data and maintain project materials.
• Occasional weekend and evening events as needed.
