Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to read/write English clearly.
• Spanish language ability is preferred at the location.
• Customer service mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations to maintain production standards and facility compliance.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain a positive donor experience while safeguarding donor confidentiality.
• Assess donor eligibility, including vitals evaluation and testing per SOPs.
• Monitor donor conditions during donation to ensure safety and product quality.
• Operate plasmapheresis equipment, troubleshoot alarms, respond to adverse events, and disconnect donors after procedures.
• Collect, process, and store plasma products and samples in compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Maintain donor center equipment through QC checks and manufacturer procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, manage supplies, and ensure safe biohazard disposal.
• Provide accurate recordkeeping in compliance with SOPs and company policy.
• Mentor and train staff as a Designated Trainer; collaborate with QA on CAPA and improvements.
• Handle inventory tasks including FIFO to ensure product availability.
