Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring a Donor Specialist at the Metropolitan location in Atlanta. The role is full-time with a rate of $13.50 per hour, requiring handling donations, sorting goods, and delivering excellent guest service in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Must have English communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale in Goodwill stores.
• Process goods quickly to meet production goals while following procedures.
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions with guests and donors.
• Sort donations into designated categories and assist with loading/unloading donations as needed.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required by management.
