Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Donations Processor/Inventory Associate to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale in our retail stores. This fast-paced role supports production goals and follows standard operating procedures.

You will greet guests, provide donation receipts, sort items, and communicate with management while maintaining a clean donor door area and adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Always display a professional, patient, and "people first" attitude with guests
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at the time of donating
• Adequately handle guest questions and resolve problems by following agency and departmental SOPs
• Properly sort donations into designated categories
• Effectively communicate with management when necessary
• Maintains a neat, clean donor door area/ADC location
• Adhere to safety and security practices including reporting hazards
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations
• Attend required trainings and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
