Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Donations Processor to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale in our retail stores. You will process items quickly while following standard procedures and ensuring accuracy in sorting and documentation.

Responsibilities include aiding guests with donations, issuing receipts, and maintaining a clean donor area. The role supports safety practices and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Good spoken and written English with interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and grade donated goods for resale.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Provide donation receipts to guests.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations.
• Maintain a neat donor area and follow safety procedures.
• Attend trainings and follow management directions.
