Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia in Commerce, GA is seeking a Donor Specialist for a full-time, hourly position. You will thoroughly examine and grade donated goods, process items quickly to meet production goals, and maintain a friendly, professional, people-first attitude with guests.

This role includes handing donor receipts, sorting donations into categories, assisting truck drivers, and attending required trainings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years production experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Good oral and written communication in English; interpersonal skills needed.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Examine and grade donated goods for resale in Goodwill stores.
• Process donations quickly to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide donation receipts to guests at the time of donation.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
