Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking an ADC Donor Specialist (Full-Time) at $13.50 per hour to ensure efficient donor processing and friendly guest service. You will grade donated goods, sort items, and support a fast-paced donation center environment across multiple locations.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to procedures while providing donations receipts and assisting truck loading. Excellent English communication and basic math are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Foster a healthy team culture and exceptional guest experience.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Good oral and written communication in English; strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work at any ADC location within the territory.
• Must be 18+ to operate a forklift (16–17 not allowed).

Responsibilities

• Display a professional, patient, 'people first' attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at donation.
• Address guest questions and resolve problems per procedures.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Communicate with management when needed.
• Follow training playbooks, e-learning, and work instructions.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork with peers.
• Maintain a neat donor door area/ADC location.
• Adhere to safety and security practices; report hazards.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
