B Positive Plasma - MacDade/Holmes is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee donor center operations under the Center Manager and Assistant Center Manager. The role includes supervising staff coverage, donor flow, and cross-training across Reception, Vitals, Lab, and Phlebotomy, with responsibilities for safety, quality, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to solve problems quickly.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and maintain accurate records.
• Good verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with regulations related to quality, safety, and daily activities.
• Interact with donors to meet customer service expectations.
• Manage Center flow and staff coverage across areas.
• Cross-train in Reception, Vitals, Lab, and Phlebotomy.
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure daily equipment maintenance and calibration are performed.
• Assist with donor room turnover as needed.
• Resolve donor management system issues during donation.
• Monitor donation times to align with company expectations.
• Operate and troubleshoot donor floor equipment within training scope.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
