Job summary

B Positive Plasma is seeking a Center Manager to oversee donor suitability, product integrity, and compliance with FDA/state regulations and SOPs. The role reports to the Operations leadership and may involve instruction from the Senior Director of Operations.

Responsibilities include supervising center operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring quality assurance and audit preparedness while maintaining a safe, organized donor environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred in Management, Business, Nursing, Finance, or science related field.
• Current nursing license (LPN) in good standing for the state applying for.
• Current CPR and BLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure center operations, product storage, documentation, facility maintenance, quality control, and training comply with SOP, state and federal guidelines.
• Review and update center documentation to ensure compliance.
• Manage donor flow and on-site personnel, including scheduling and addressing day-to-day issues.
