Job summary

B Positive Plasma is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee donor center flow, staff scheduling, and privacy and safety compliance in a busy plasma donation center. You will coordinate breaks, cover shifts, and monitor donor processing while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to train teammates across multiple departments. Saturday shifts are included as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage center flow and staff coverage in all areas.
• Interact with donors to meet service expectations.
• Cross-train in Reception, Vitals, Lab, Phlebotomy and cover during breaks.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and ensure equipment calibration.
