Community Blood Center of Greater Kansas City is seeking a dedicated donor services professional to perform whole blood collection at donor centers and mobile sites. You will conduct donor interviews, collect samples, and provide excellent donor care to ensure a safe, efficient experience, while adhering to SOPs and quality standards.

The role requires strong customer-service skills, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work flexible hours with travel between sites.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service setting.
• Preferred: healthcare environment experience or phlebotomy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive donor experience.
• Perform whole blood collection and donor interviews per SOPs.
• Document donor hemoglobin and vital signs; maintain confidentiality.
• Prepare sites, perform phlebotomy, monitor for adverse reactions.
• Handle pre- and post-draw processing and mobile operations support.
