ImpactLife in Urbana, IL is seeking a Collection Specialist to support our donor services phlebotomy team. You will conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, phlebotomy, and provide donor care during the donation process.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to work with the public.
• Stable work history.
• Understand SOPs.
• Ability to work varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• May train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Must have REAL ID.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report required.
