ImpactLife in Urbana, IL is seeking a Phlebotomist Driver to support donor services. You will drive box trucks to transport supplies and team members, set up and tear down collection operations, and assist with donor registrations, screenings, and phlebotomy.

This full-time role requires flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends, the ability to train away from home up to two weeks, and a valid driver's license with insurability. We offer competitive pay, paid training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with the public.
• Have a good, stable work history.
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures.
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Be comfortable driving larger vehicles (i.e. box-trucks, truck and trailer combos).
• Be comfortable driving in various weather conditions.
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier.
• Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive large blood center vehicles to transport blood drive supplies and Donor Services team members.
• Set up and tear down of the collection operation.
• Restock supplies and assist with donor registrations, screenings and phlebotomy.
• Provide donor care during the donation process.
