Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist Driver to join our Donor Services Phlebotomy team in Davenport, IA. You will conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy while ensuring donor care throughout the donation process.

The role is Full Time/30+ hours with a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. We offer paid training, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package to support our communities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Enjoy working with the public.
• Maintain a good, stable work history.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Be able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Comfortable driving large vehicles.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Register donors and conduct screenings, physicals and phlebotomy as part of the donation process.
• Drive large blood center vehicles to transport supplies and team members.
• Set up and tear down collection operations and restock supplies.
• Provide donor care during the donation process.
