Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager in Marion, OH to partner with the Center Director on daily operations and donor experience. You will lead on the donor floor, coach staff, and ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in a high-growth plasma donation center.

The role offers a clear path for leadership development with a focus on culture, performance, and donor satisfaction. Travel for training is required as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods.
• Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations by jumping in on the donor floor, keeping things moving, and ensuring smooth donor flow and retention.
• Partner on strategy with the Center Director to plan and execute goals around operations, donor experience, and compliance.
• Lead by example and coach team members in real time.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting audits and inspections.
• Recruit and develop exceptional team members and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
