Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Manager in Ogden, UT to lead donor center operations, ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and achievement of production goals. You will supervise frontline staff, partner with Center Manager, and manage budgets and quality targets.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in clinical or business settings; knowledge of FDA/cGMP; willingness to relocate if needed; and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in clinical or general business experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor center operations in the Center Manager's absence.
• Coordinate training and quality goals with Training and Quality staff.
• Lead and coach staff through feedback via Operations Supervisors.
• Develop action plans with the Center Manager to maximize efficiency and meet production targets.
• Handle personnel functions including hiring, assignments, training, and records.
