Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in Dundalk, MD is hiring a Donor Center Healthcare Professional to evaluate donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis and to supervise immunizations in accordance with state rules and SOPs.

Responsibilities include medical history reviews, donor data verification in NexLynk, and monitoring for adverse reactions, with collaborative input from a licensed physician and adherence to cGMP and regulatory guidelines. Training and leadership duties are included.

Formación

• Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related program (Physician, Nurse, LPN, RN).
• Current CPR certification.
• State license/certification valid for the work.
• 1 year hospital/clinical or plasma center experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews and physical assessments per SOPs, FDA, CLIA, and cGMP.
• Review and verify donor information, immunization records, and test results in NexLynk.
• Classify donors into programs and monitor for adverse reactions, providing care within licensure.
• Consult with center Licensed Physician on abnormal results and immunization orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation such as logs and eligibility assessments.
• Train as Donor Center Technician I and serve as QA Backup.
• Mentor and train new Medical Professionals as a Designated Trainer.
• Support center compliance with SOPs, quality systems, and regulations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure donor-focused efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
