Qualifikationen

• Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews, physical assessments, and informed consent discussions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, FDA, CLIA, and cGMP regulations in all activities.
• Review, document, and verify donor information and test results in NexLynk.

Aufgaben

• Classify donors into appropriate programs and monitor for adverse reactions, providing care as allowed by training.
• Consult with center Licensed Physician on abnormal results and immunization orders.
• Counsel deferred donors and refer to health departments when needed.
• Maintain accurate Physician Communication Logs and donor eligibility assessments.
• Train as Donor Center Technician I and serve as QA Backup when needed.
• Mentor and train new Medical Professionals as a Designated Trainer.
