ImpactLife is seeking a Donor Services Supervisor to lead the phlebotomy team, overseeing donor registration, screening, and care while ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards.

The role trains on the full blood collection process, conducts interviews and performance management, and may require driving duties. This is a Full Time/30+ position with varied hours and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Enjoy working with the public
• Have a good, stable work history
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier
• Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.
