Qualifications

• 5+ years of critical care or relevant clinical and managerial experience required.
• Prior experience working with regulatory agencies (CMS, OPTN) required.
• Strong background in transplantation, OPO, quality improvement, and professional education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of all potential donor assessment, evaluation, management, and recovery activities.
• Directly oversee Case Development Field managers and Donation Coordinators.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and monitor quality improvement goals.
• Serve as an integral member of LiveOnNY’s leadership team.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
