Qualifications
5+ years of critical care or relevant clinical and managerial experience required.
Prior experience working with regulatory agencies (CMS, OPTN) required.
Strong background in transplantation, OPO, quality improvement, and professional education preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide oversight of all potential donor assessment, evaluation, management, and recovery activities.
Directly oversee Case Development Field managers and Donation Coordinators.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and monitor quality improvement goals.
Serve as an integral member of LiveOnNY’s leadership team.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
