Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report to work as scheduled.
• Deliver an outstanding donation experience by exceeding donor expectations.
• Perform whole blood phlebotomy and medical screening procedures.
• Determine donor eligibility through medical history interview and screening.
• Obtain donor consent prior to donation.
• Perform record review and data entry; ensure proper labeling and packaging of blood products.
• Maintain regulatory compliance through training and competency assignments.
