Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Plasma Center Technician in Russellville, AR to support donor suitability, health monitoring, and machine operation. You will set up and operate plasmapheresis equipment, monitor donors for health, and ensure strict confidentiality in a high-safety plasma center.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrates superior customer service.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Interest in making a difference in the world.
• Must obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable.
• Able to stand 6–8 hours per day.
• Able to bend/ twist neck and waist 1–2 hours daily.
• Frequent hand movements for precise tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good vision and hearing; follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donors and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
• Work in a plasma center with potential exposure to biological fluids and equipment.
• Maintain safety protocols in a plasma center environment.
