Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Donor Center Technician I to evaluate donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis, administer approved immunizations, and provide limited emergency care as allowed by licensure. You will work across center operations and ensure SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines are followed.

You will document donor information, participate in training, and mentor new staff while maintaining donor-centered patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related program.
• Current CPR certification.
• State license or certification as allowed by state (Physician, RN, LPN, EMT).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history and physical assessments per SOPs and regulations.
• Review and document donor information, immunization records, and test results in NexLynk.
• Classify donors into programs and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Consult with center Licensed Physician on abnormal results and immunization orders.
• Counsel deferred donors and maintain confidentiality.
