Job summary

JCC of Greater Pittsburgh is seeking a Development Coordinator to support execution of campaigns, events, and donor engagement strategies. You will collaborate with Development and Marketing to manage logistics, CRM updates, and post-event follow-up.

Responsibilities include coordinating donor events, maintaining schedules, and assisting with stewardship activities. The role requires strong organizational skills and ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or non-profit management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Jewish and Pittsburgh communal organizations or mission-driven work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of development initiatives, timelines, materials and internal coordination.
• Plan and execute campaign launches, milestone events and donor engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate communications and materials with Development and Marketing teams.
• Track pledges and engagement in CRM systems; maintain calendars and milestones.
• Coordinate logistics for fundraising and donor events, including Big Night and related receptions.
