Job summary

Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh is seeking a Development Events & Operations Coordinator to support upcoming campaigns, donor engagement activities, and signature events such as the Big Night. You will collaborate with the Development and Marketing teams to ensure flawless logistics and compelling donor experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or non-profit management.
• At least 3 years of event coordination or nonprofit development experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute donor engagement events and campaigns.
• Coordinate logistics, vendor management, invitations, and run-of-show.
• Maintain donor records and reporting in Salesforce CRM.
• Support communications with Development and Marketing teams.
• Track budgets, expenses, and milestones.
