Job summary

The Julian Center is seeking a Development Coordinator to advance fundraising efforts, engage donors, coordinate volunteers, and support community outreach. The role focuses on development and donor engagement, with responsibilities across CRM data management, reports, and donor communications.

Occasional evenings and weekends are required for events and community activities, with reporting to the Director of Development and Communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years fundraising or nonprofit development experience.
• Experience with donor databases or CRM systems (Bloomerang preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support annual giving, major gifts, grants, sponsorships and donor engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate donor acknowledgments, tax receipts, and stewardship communications.
• Prepare fundraising reports, dashboards, and donor analytics.
• Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and recognition.
• Represent the organization at community events and build partnerships.
